Gymnastics - Level 2

If you’re here, you’re ready to take your gymnastics training to the next level!

 

Once you've mastered the fundamentals, including a roundoff, backbend, and kickover, our coaches will give you the go-ahead to move on to more advanced skills. In Level 2 Gymnastics, you’ll learn advanced tumbling movements such as roundoff back handspring, back tucks, front tucks, back handspring combinations, and loads of other intensive combos!


Gymnastics Level 2 Prerequisites: 

  • Round Off
  • Backbend 
  • Backbend Kickover
